Overview Of BZV Braiding Machine：

BZV series braiding machine is a new product developed by our company. The product adopts a simple disc track design. The spindle seat is driven by the dial and the shuttle shaft is driven to do regular directional movement in the track. The spindle adopts the same spindle of BZ braiding machine, which is characterized by tension compensation and automatic pay-off. The spindle follows the shuttle along a specific route in the track disc and alternately passes between the dial, thus completing the braiding of the braid. BZV series knitting machines are composed of BZV2 and BZV3, in which BZV2 has a 2×2 braid structure,  BZV3 is a 3×3 braid structure. This series of braiding machines has the characteristics of simple design structure, low equipment failure rate, high speed, good quality, large spindle capacity, small tension fluctuation, accurate braiding angle and stable work, and is an ideal equipment for producing high-quality high-pressure rubber hoses.

2.The distance difference between the spindle running from the outer ring to the opposite braid point of the inner ring is compensated by the spindle compensation device, which can control the theoretical tension difference of the fabric to be not less than 76-90% of the spindle pay-off tension. Spindle pay-off adopts stepless pay-off structure, which has long service life and low failure rate.

4.The main engine and the tractor are driven by their own motors. Through PLC control and good man-machine interface, the speed of the main engine and the tractor is effectively controlled to obtain the best braid process requirements.
